Great book BUT

Great little book but I wish each picture came with a subtle gridded background to assist in sketching. Or a transparent gridded template to place on top for reference of angles and shaped.

Phenomenal!

I am an adult with a bucket list desire to draw. This author’s books are bringing me where I feel I need to be. Start with simple shapes and build your way up!I practice drawing these with my Procreate app and find the actual colors to fill them in. My only wish is that these were ebooks so I can carry them with me all the time on my iPad mini.

I bought this for myself because I prefer illustration-style drawings and found it fun and easy to follow. I was drawing a variety of pretty flowers within in minutes! Wish it were a little longer, but overall a nice sourcebook. Includes some non-flower plants too, like succulents and house plants.

I gave this book to my daughter because she loves to draw. The book is filled with all different types of designs and different ways to draw flowers, she really loves it. I definitely recommend this for someone who is into drawing. This paperback is very durable.
