As a first time mom wanting to teach my baby both languages, I love this book collection! Not only is it bilingual but it is a cute representation of our culture:)

My favorite thing of this series of book is the SPANGLISH! It’s been super important for me to raise bilingual children (I have two) and I’ve been successful with one so far. Asi hablamos aveces en español o en inglés pero nos entienden. Tenemos esa dicha de saber dos lenguajes! I also love the pronunciation sheet in the back. Reading the books make me want to have a Panera con arto chamoyyyyy! De mango y en forma de un círculo! Keep lighting the way Mike! Eres inspiración a que si se pude!

Purchased this set for my bookworms Easter basket and we’ve been reading them everyday since. My husband sells paletas and fruta so this was a hit with our family. Im from a small town in the Midwest (we are definitely not as diverse as other big cities) so it’s pretty cool to see that our language and culture is in books for our little ones to see. I wish would’ve existed when I was little.

The illustrations are clear and with great color. The sentences are just the right length and there is a pronunciation guide in the back…very helpful! Thank you author Mike Alfaro😃😃😃😃😃!!!!!!

These books have a Mexican feel and Mexican vocabulary (vs the majority of children's books in Spanish which are translated and the art feels very American). They're really cute, rhyme and teach colors, shapes and fruits. I hope to see more books like this in the future!

Love the illustrations and the stories. Love how they spotlight the street vendors and also pick a different learning component with each one: shapes, colors, fruits. My kid loves the books and asks for them over and over. The Spanish translation isn’t quite as smooth as the original English words, which are pithier. But it’s still pretty great and better than many other bilingual books I’ve seen. The colors are also so happy. Recommend.

These books are so much fun! The story, beautiful colors, and pictures make them so fun for my son and I to enjoy together. He is 2.5 and goes through the books naming all the fruits, colors, and shapes. We ordered board books and they are the perfect size! Can't wait for any other collections in the future.

We have lots of bilingual books for our baby but these are our favorite! The Spanish translations are correct which is amazing. Other books we’ve purchased are dense and the translations are bit off. Our baby really loves the images and we love reading to him! A must have for any bilingual baby.

I am always trying to find bilingual books for my daughter. I want her to grow up being able to speak to her grandmother like I was able to speak to mine. I think the concept is great, it's engaging and I love it.
