I love the book! When it arrived, the black page had some damage to the protective layer
Love the speech path approach. The story is engaging for my little with familiar words and sounds but his favorite part is the sound imitation.It’s so hard when your child has a speech delay but I feel like I’m helping my little learn to talk with this approach.I’m prepared to read this on repeat.
I have bought several of the books in this series for my grandchildren and they love them.
A great book for teaching colors and shapes! This speech therapist & author captures little eyes and minds with realistic artwork that keeps them coming back and learning real life objects every time they open the cover. This book is especially fun as the illustrations show a shadow of whiskers to look for on each page as the mouse sketches.
Daughter loves this book request to have it read nightly. She loves looking for the cat’s shadow throughout the book.
My 3 year old enjoyed this book. Engaging. She would "eat,pop, ect" the pictures. I think this will really help her remember her shapes better from her engagement with the book unlike others I have.

It has that same playful style we loved in the original, with such a fun rhythm and rhyme that makes reading aloud feel effortless and engaging.It’s such a wonderful book for language development while still feeling light, playful, and entertaining for little ones. The combination of first words and shapes makes it interactive and easy to revisit again and again.These books have become some of our favorite gifts for baby showers and new families because they’re the kind of books that actually get read over and over.
